What does a standard yacht charter come with?
Every charter comes with a skilled crew, emergency equipment, fuel, and basic beverages. Inclusions can vary based on the service — for instance, sunset cruises are accompanied by select beverages and light snacks, while corporate charters feature amenities like meeting resources and specialized dining options.
When should I reserve my booking?
Booking 2–3 weeks beforehand is suggested, and even earlier in the busy months (May–September). For business functions and personal celebrations, securing your time slot 4–6 weeks in advance is ideal for availability and personalization.
What is the procedure if the weather is inclement?
Your safety is our utmost concern. Should our captain decide the weather is too dangerous, we'll propose another available date or a complete refund. We consistently monitor the weather forecast and will get in touch 24 hours before your departure if the forecast is unfavorable.
May I bring my own refreshments and food?
Certainly, it's allowed to bring your own snacks and non-alcoholic drinks. Nevertheless, we also have excellent catering services with customizable menu options. For safety reasons, please be aware that glass is not permitted onboard.
Are there facilities for guests with reduced mobility on your yachts?
We aim to be inclusive for all guests. Some of our yachts are equipped with accessibility features. We advise discussing your specific requirements at the time of reservation so we can suggest the most appropriate vessel and make necessary preparations.
What's your policy on cancellations?
Cancellations made at least 72 hours prior to departure are eligible for a full refund. For cancellations occurring between 24 and 72 hours before departure, we provide a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled time unless the reason is adverse weather conditions or mechanical issues on our end.
